Elphin thoughts , wafting breezes
Take me where the Way chooses
Sometimes the fibres of the rope
fascinate me
Sometimes the shine of the steel
travests the thoughts in My heart

Turning over and watching slowly
the crimson lines made
on the sheets
an intricate pattern evolved
yet why not smudged
Is this the only thing ?

Look inside
who is sane    and who is safe
I want the sounds: to hear
Music to My ears
when I see the eyes      watching
feral and deceptive

Take Me to that same place
you were
Alone no, Both!
Never more
as its a waste

That man stands at
the corner
is it the form
strewn around

Its the Way
I carved My name.
Little boy I was      Not anymore
And Yet I carve
and enjoy it so
