I don't believe in luck
or that life is random chances
I don't think I would have found you
among the many
unless the time was right
for you as well as me
I cannot speak of the future
for it follows its own path
I only know that today you are mine
and what is "We"
but a seedling
with Me as the Sun
and you as the water
both are equal in importance
for the roots to grow deep
and the Oak to grow tall
