The sun, high among the clouds
I can see it is bright in the sky
But the world is dark, deep
No light to let me see hope

The hole, walls steep and high
No handholds, no ladder
No rope to be thrown, help
The opening so far away from hope

The air, thick and unbreathable
Smothering me in struggle
My lungs begging, breathe
Let me inhale knowledge of hope

There is hope!

Fear not there is always hope - look to nature for hope and also your higher power.
