I have to tell you I get a fright,
Whenever I'm around Kryptonite.
It makes me feel wobbley and weak,
And it drains the color from my cheeks!

My eyes glaze over, and I can't see,
I can't stand and get weak in my knees.
My breathing really gets fast, and short,
And my heart acts like it will abort!

I can't seem to outrace any train,
And when I stub my toe, I feel pain!
I can't seem to crash through any door,
And I don't feel like flying no more!

I can't bend a noodle, much less steel,
And I can't hear a woman's squeal.
And YOU wonder why I take such fright,
At the mere mention of Kryptonite?

I may be Allan, the Man of Steel,
But I HAVE to tell you, how I feel.
I get nervous at the very sight,
Of a little piece, of Kryptonite!

So, keep that Kryptonite put away,
And just SAVE it for another day.
Cause if it's around you'll hear me squeal,
And that looks bad for, the Man of Steel!!
