I am worthless
I am nothing
I am barren, desperate, trapped

I am numb now
I am a void
I am worn, weary, exhausted, sapped

I have no strength
I have no passion
I have no FEELING anymore

I can't live like this
And I can't die
And I can't beg anymore

So what is left?
Am I then cancelled out?
Do I live?

I exist

But DO I LIVE?!

I'm a dreamer
I'm a woman
I'm a child, all wrapped in one

But yet I was, and am no longer
Am I then but a body surviving on will alone?

But I have no WILL TO LIVE!

I have no wish to think

I just want to sleep.

I just want PEACE
For one moment in my life

I don't want to run anymore
I'm too damn TIRED

Please?

Please let me know?
Please let me rest?

CAN I REST?!

~~

Almost sounds like a classic case of depression.

I love you girl, I'm sorry.........

I'm so sorry that you feel so empty right now, I know how you feel. Just wake up tomorrow, and keep waking up, there are unfortunatly times in our life where that is all there is....it gets better, I promise. (I hope.)

Definitly

took me back to some of the loneliest times in my life...always a good poem when it transports me, thank you!
