Oh to be Frisbee,
what a delight!
I'd sit on my ass
and take in all the sights.

To just relax on my back
and enjoy...
my Master's strong hands
or play with my toys.

I'd have the best foods,
the most wonderful snacks.
As he stroked my belly
and helped me relax.

When I purred...
oh the sounds I would make,
Would tell everybody
that I wasn't fake.

My legs would be
up in the air.
My thoughts ascended,
I wouldn't care.

For I would be lost
in the bliss don't you see
of being a cat;
Oh the life that would be!

okay...that's cheating!

Much too adorable....! Cheater! :-). Putting a cute kitty in there is just too much. Gotta rate it now. Rotten stinking...guh! Wish I had thought of it. Let it be a lesson to all who read this comment...

Never underestimate the power of cuteness!

Sincerely,

Payenbrant.

cat dreams.

This clever poem takes a look at the life of a cat. The poet points to the advantages ~ the bliss ~ and reckons life as a cat wouldn't be all that bad.

love it

Very well written Red, such humour yet so damned accurate for my cats too...
