 Airport,
so crowded -- alone
    in the motion of colors
bags, voices, tossed hair
         a swing of hips
soon all lost in a jumbled blur,

 until that solitary
     distinct moment:

          a glimpse of her thigh
   as she uncrosses
                    her legs.

Another

outstanding write. You've captured a moment snatched away from time and written it so elegantly.

this poem, like your others, drags me along and demands i read to the end. well done. i like how you can turn a single moment at a busy airport into one that will resonate in reality for many readers. i also like the placement of words on the page, very much like the jumbled chaos in the airport.
