Four in the morning, dawn’s early light
What did we do alone in the night
Roller coaster ride in the park
Romp around on the bed in the dark,

Perfume scent here on my finger
Memories of your smile in me linger
Close my eyes, relive your feel
Acrobat moves and sweet sex appeal,

Oh the fantasy that I concoct
My pistol here loaded and cocked
Ready to shoot the target spot on
Cup of coffee, misty sweet dawn,

Arriving again, just like yesterday
You get dressed and go on your way
Crooked smile and half-buttoned blouse
With my deck of cards, I build a house,
