One small candle
perfumes the room with
slight spicy glimmering
warmly, gently.

Darkness lurks behind
the curtains of a room
that was someone else’s
last night;
will be someone else’s
tomorrow night.

Your wide round eyes
look up, eager,
your blond hair caught
in the orange light,
ignited.

The bedcovers already
lie in a heap beside,
the clean, white sheets
warmly await,
growing damper
in expectation.

Amaretto dribbles down,
you chase it,
not wasting a drop,
seeking the last remnant
until the crystal nectar
overwhelms it.

Amaretto fills the tiny cup
as you lay back,
I sip it as
your stomach shakes
and chase the remnant
to the valley
until the mirth
turns to moaning,
and your thighs hold me
till your back bends
and your arms flail
to push me away.

~~

One of the better pieces of erotic poetry.

Nicely done without being crude.
