Desperate measures are needed
to extinguish candles of fire
inside caverns of death
icy cold stalactites
form an erection of society
based on the truth of life
       strong beliefs
       pungent smells
       cold clammy walls
       let me out
       want to be free
       leaving behind
     my darkened past.

Which road.

Anything to relieve the boredom ~ anything.

Societal inventions? Cold clammy walls? Can see them all being the basis of boredom; the way it's described, let me out too !
