Today the sun was shining
No rain to be found
As we scatter the ashes on the ground

The voices are all so distant
I feel the tears on my face
Hoping I don't become a disgrace

Another crack appears in my heart
Yet another trail of blood
Slowly drips down mixing in the mud

Turning slowly to walk away
I see the pain in his eyes
What if he knew all of my lies

Would you stay here yet today
Saying you'll never judge
Or will you now hold a grudge

Finally knowing would release the anger
You'd be able to deal
I now understand and it is so real

I never saw the car coming
Or felt it hit my side
Was it really me that died

Has this all come true
Is it my ashes on the ground
Lying there in little mounds

No its not real its just a dream
I wake up and cry
I never ever should have lied

love the first...

line as well as these: "Another crack appears in my heart

Yet another trail of blood

Slowly drips down mixing in the mud" You made the imagery work and presented a scene very clearly. My only crit: some of the rhyming might have worked against the poetic flow you established, I'd look at the over scheme of feet and rethink a few lines maybe. Very enjoyable overall <3
