Drunk on the solid sweetness of inhaling your skin's scent
The basic rightness of a man's body on mine
And I know you're a mistake
And I know you're never going to be as advertised on TV
But let me need you now
For this abbreviated interlude
The pure pleasure of touch
Contact
Is enough to compensate
For all the love you fail to bring to me
And it is good to feel
Forget my solitude
I'll take this doled-out and miserly gift of treasure's sojourn.

some solid lines

and a solid idea are both present here. I felt like this was really from the heart, and yet it wasn't overdramatic. Nice work.
