Off to school
Don't tell mom I love her, It's uncool
There’ll be tomorrow for a picky fool

Gotta work late
Don't call the wife, I miss our special date
There's always a tomorrow for he who waits

Under a lotta stress
Pain shoots through my chest
Doctor said I should have gotten some rest

Death didn't wait
It didn't procrastinate
Now I'm the one who's late

I lay in the ground alone
Within me a heart of stone
Cold as bone

Friends come through
Don't say love you, it's uncool
Think there's always tomorrow, the fools

Live like tomorrow won't come
Because life only happens once, have fun

kinda fun

I felt like it would have been stronger if you'd let me figure out the "lesson" of living each day to the fullest, rather than telling me. You're really good at that little narrative at the beginning, though; it had some grace to it. Keep up the good work.
