black swan mirrored silent on the water
dew drops tumble from its parted lips

to strike the surface ranging outwards
soundless music reaching forth from blankness lifts

ringing laughter flocks unnoticed wheel the molten sky
cool dark fathoms heeding wonder deep unblinking jet black eye

spreading wings to catch the moonlight soothing lofty as she wheels on high
heartbeat murmurs patient waiting wind cries longing moment to arrive

diamonds flicker beacon guiding all but hidden naked sigh of silent
brush strokes shifting colors painting trails of solace nigh

cold breath misting feathers cup the warmth to fire
bridled passion longing touch sweet soft desires

wing beats lifting spirit on the fly
black swan beckoned heeds a distant lullaby
