Imagination captured
strokes lilt on night aires

amidst sequined bellows and
strutting tails woven

cool hands brushed polite holding etiquettes grace
while flesh burning licks eyes consuming veiled glances

in gaze swept the floor of measuring taste
oh how Game to discern despite hidden faces

while thoughts race delight through forbidden gaits
mouths watering patience will crave satisfaction

And the music stops

And all heads turn
Door cryers bid notice of

Welcome

Make haste.. Give in
to the masquerade; Ball

of Truthsayers and Liars
Vagabonds and Queens ;)
