transparent days
flutter
gaily painted portrait
brushed
by passing lives
in chains, cinderella
faery dusted porcelain mask
a china doll, for all, to meet the eye

drawn deep, in charcoal
mono chromed
run river midnight strokes, fan dark
smudged shush desire, sends shivers, coursing
quiet, she hears them, whisper
freedom waits,
tonight,
behind drawn blinds

stripped naked, tied, shied open
far beyond her drifts of snow white plied
glass slippered bare, her wish
come true
she is rendered, here, no shadow lies
shamed rose her cheeks
in blossomed tides of tingling heat, the thaw
and spring, once more

she sees

herself, divine
beneath, blindfolded eyes

I thought you'd disappeared

that maybe you were a pilgrim and could only write poems around thanksgiving. Hope you submit more, if only a couple a month.
