Death, and Life
Barren, and Fertile
Storm, and Calm
Which does the the killdeer see

Why ask
For it asks not
It only knows
To fly, to live

And when it does
And risks its all
To nest, intact
Content, at last

Life, not Death
Fertile, not Barren
Calm, not storm
That's what the killdeer feels

Perhaps a puppy trainer exists on lit *smack*

Hello big boy. I noticed you had a poem. Didn't know the bad boy was so talented. Sooooo, when is the next one dearest? Your words are simple and sweet, like music from the voice of Aphrodite singing to a loving muse. 'Tis lovely dear friend. I'm blest with kind words from a trainer.

Oh. Good lines.

Soaring in its bleak and desolate kingdom. The killdeer.

Thank you. Mancelt.

Beautiful.

There is a raw beauty in the simplicity of your words. Thank you.
