Its the horizon that shimmers into night
Its when the rain ends a drought
Or a tear falls down a puffy cheek
Its when your partner becomes your spouse
And when your child stands up to speak
Beauty is a work of art
Or when you have been brought from dark
It is the curve of a pregnant belly
Or an ocean view up high
Its a family watching telly
Or when we laugh so hard we cry
Beauty is when it just feels right
