Song 13 The End.

Verse 1
The world has taken its toll on me.
I'm wanting, wanting, wanting to be free.
It'll bring you rocking down to your knees.
The world is coming down on me,
But I really don't care.
That's the trouble with us all you see,
We're kind of our own despair.

Verse 2
If you took a look inside my mind,
You would find a lot of things I've left behind.
It doesn't bother me because I'm finally, finally free.
I'm still going strong just trying to hang on,
God has taken the burdens off my mind.
I've left a lot of things behind,
And I'm going and determined to make it,
I'm not going to cash in my chips, you can just forget it.

Verse 3
Don't fall into a pit of sorrow,
For if you do you might not be here tomorrow.
That's why we live our lives on the edge,
Almost falling off of the ledge.

We are all trying to hang on.
If we let go, oh no,
We go falling down and down,
Until we hit the ground,
Then we are dead,
So don't lose your head,
Because there are no second chances,
No drug really enhances,
So don't take any chances,
Because when you're dead, you're dead!
When you're dead, you're dead!

Verse 4
Drugs kill, don't take no pills, without a proper prescription,
Or one of these days someone's going to make your dead body's description.
Suicide is not the way to go.
The end will come and that we know.
Suicide, think it over again and again.
Is that a way to end?
See a friend, psychiatrist, doctor, or priest,
And let the help begin, and your sorrows end.
(Repeat Verses 1 & 2)

To be continued.
