Stomach aches
 instinct screams
 can't eat
 can't know
 for sure

 when every belief
 is called into question
do you trust
 yourself
 or rewrite
 your
 brain?

I thought I knew
 beyond a doubt
 so strong my conviction
 nothing could shake it

 or so I thought.

 and now
 and now
I wait
 as I've waited
 and waited
 and waited

 only this time
 my stomach hurts
 I'm starving but I can't eat
now I wait to find
 wait to find
 If my thoughts
 so deeply
 thought
 are wrong or right
 and this waiting
 is far worse
 far more painful
 than any other waiting
 I've ever done
