When in wisps the sweet nothings of his timbre
Interrupt my eyes from taking their slumber
The currents ebb and flow
          Caressing each memory
Cradling
Cajoling into my soul the echos of love
            Love lost and love found
Love as a whitewash of emotion and chemicals and connections that dance
Twisting and swaying
Slowly symbolically silently
creeping into the darkest moments of my humble soul
           Why I am so fortunate
To know love's gifts and punishments
So many long for it, crave it, spend their lives
With no more than hopelessness
Wishing they were the one
to which love
          has given so much
          has asked for so little
Stands poised to strike against
anger and anxiety
Will the whipping wipe the wonder from the world
Or will we still watch
          with sparkling eyes
          and voices in harmony
Through the darkness
Through the silly little patterns we find ourselves in
To the other side
where hope and happiness and hallowed hearts
wait with patience
But 'til those journey days are drawing to their close
'tis but wrapped within the dreams
and fantasies that come to me
while fighting this day to let me rest
and greet the morning anew
renewed in my epic strength and battle
may also those lips that so sweetly breathe my name
to pass the night in soundlessness and serenity

nicely done

love found at last?, a few extra words here and there might be cut, also "tis" is a little too Elizabethan is contrast to rest of language, but a very nice effort, message requires cyphering -5
