The pen touched the paper,
And engaged in a connected bond of communication.

It moved. It flowed.
It paused. It sped faster.
It reached deeper depths,
It penetrated new realities.
The journey was underway.

Thoughts transferred from one medium
To another and back again.
It filled the entire sheet – every line,
Taking up all the empty spaces
And occasionally hanging in suspension.

Sometimes it attacked roughly with great power.
Seeking to justly communicate the point.
It also moved in a magical rhythm,
Adeptly and slowly conveying wisdom.
With the right amount of cerebral control.

It effortlessly flipped the page over,
and engaged the back side of the sheet,
still pushing forth a barrage of ideology.
to push the limits and boundaries,
and to create new definitions.

It rested and resumed and rewrote.
What was thought to be un-rewritable.
A new chapter better than the last,
More passionate more emphatic,
With deeper screams of mental magic.

The pen touched the paper
And engaged.

Big Grin

Loved this one too! I can't add anything to what the previous commentators have said.

I love the imagery of the coming together of two things, meant for each other, and together creating something new and beautiful.
