one day I'll be important to someone
one day someone will care about me
one day someone will say something nice to me
one day someone will like me and not tell me all the things that I do wrong or say wrong or think wrong, or look wrong
one day someone will see the me inside
the nice person, the person that cares about others, that wants to do the right thing,
that doesn't want to hurt anyone, that tries to find a middle path and when I can't that I give in and let someone get what they want
always what they want never what I want, they never compromise with me
why when you don't need to, I just give in for an easy life
don't need to care what I think or feel
just what they want,
one day
one day
one day I won't be invisible, I won't be a nobody, someone will care about me
will want to be with me
I just need to hang on to this belief even though I know in my heart it won't ever happen
that I'm here for a reason, that I don't understand why this is happening to me
one day I'll get it, or won't be here any longer
or someone will care
