A man. A light of a different hue.

He owns his weakness and in that, strength

My soul finds space to breath anew

The voice, a balm to my wounds

He stirs up peace and laughter true

A man. An essence of victory.

He draws out new feelings like a piper

The echo of an unwritten history

Felt not the union of prayer’s origin

I shiver. I yearn to taste the mystery.

A man. Unique in his stance.

His passion, a fuel for my own

God- knit with adventure and chance

My cheeks warm under his eyes

A thousand words in just one glance
