visions of a magical night
a slow dance in candlelight
kisses, touches, wandering hands
he is dizzy from her perfume
and the surrender in her dark eyes
the subtle roll of her hips
a kiss that thrills to the marrow

his eyes scan her beauty
sealing the image away
his hands profile her skin
every curve revisited

a night of heated passion
in dead of winter
steaming up the shrouded windows
