Unwrap my mind.
What is hidden there?
Memories haunted by my past.

Unwrap my heart.
What is hidden there?
The little girl who never got a chance to grow up.

Unwrap my soul.
What is hidden there?
The shame of my humanity.

Unwrap my body.
What is hidden there?
A woman lost in love and lust.

I've been down a similar road. Nicely written.

whats to be ashamed of? we all have pasts, things we don't want to deal with, but if you are a better person because of it then do not be shamed be proud that youy made it :-) enough preachy crap onto my thoughts

you write with a raw chilling tap into your world and allow the reader to connect with your words on a personal level, I like the rhetorical questions and your answers seem to be honest.
