The sky is filled
With tears and rain,
On a day when my heart
Is filled with pain.
The sky is dark
On this cloudy day,
When thoughts of troubles
Now with me stay.
I wish this sorrow
Of now being alone,
Would be like the leaves
Away-the wind has blown.
I need to be loved
And held so tight,
Like the stars in the sky
Caressed by the night.
For now it’s darkness
That I must endure,
For I have lost a love
That seemed so pure.
But just as someday
The sky will clear,
I to shall find
A new love so dear…BWL
