"do you mean seems not only do you understand..."

I have come across this too, people pretending they are outside one world or another, when actually they are living right beside us in secret.

a wonderful flow to this one. I didn't mind the wording anna mentioned, I kind of liked the repetition of "you do/you too.... Excellent poem...
