This is beautifully written. I don't know if you wrote it as yourself and something you have experienced, but it comes across that way, simply because of the real genuine feelings, love and emotion expressed in the letter. I can relate so well to this as I experienced being with my lover and having to part for a length of time, several times before we were finally able to marry. So this hits me just right. Absolutely lovely.

My (now) husband and I spent three and half years traveling to and from the US and UK. He is from the UK and I'm from the US. So, leaving is the hard part. What a lovely read.
