A couple rents a Houseboat and enjoys life on the river. Their sleep is interrupted by a youthful intruder. After the husband resolves the problem they have a go at each other. But, who shows up but the local sheriff. Very enjoyable story of life on the river, relaxed and carefree. Then there's nothing to be heard but the croaking of the frogs and the sound of the Crickets and two people making love. A delightful read.
