Total and complete Dumbasses.. all 3 (including her). Never bind anyone who hasn't asked or volunteered for it. Learn how before you attempt it the first time. Get experienced help for the first time or two. Never leave a bound person alone. Be able to get them un-bound in an emergency (always have knives, scissors, bolt cutters). Don't be stupid.
