Besides being a poor story, what man would allow this to happen for this length of time? Sure their is an insentive for having great sex for your partner, but the wife in this case is just being evil, mean, and torturing him. It is time for him to say cut it out, and if she doesn't move into a spare bedroom or the couch. If she used a locking device on his genitals, then he should either put it in a vise grip ( plastic should break when subjected to that force ) or a locksmith, and return the pieces to his wife - with an ultimatem - cut the crap or get divorced! Marriage is about trust, and communication. He broke a small, non-important promise and the wife is blowing it out of proportion. Kick her ass out of the house if she won't back down!
