You had an outstanding plot and content for a highly erotic story in this fantasy. A mid-wife that was horny as Hell and a husband that obviously had not been getting any because his wife was preggie. What better scenario to start yet another family, this time with the mid-wife, while the pregnant wife was upstairs and could hear everything going on, as she was tied to the bed....?

Story was alright; it probably does need either an extension where the wife's involvement is show, or another chapter.
