Oh!

What a lovely poem! I've read it several times and each time it brings a smile. Thanks for sharing this Belegon.

Oh, this I like!

Perfection, a wonderful ode to the angels of the morning. Were it not owned by a very religious family, I'd print this off for the baristas at my favorite mom & pop coffee shop. :D I may have to write it out for them.

how can one not fall in love

with the sweet barista, who ever she is

more odes should be written to these people who make our day...

I enjoyed this one, its joy in simplicity and every day interactions. How we can move each other. as

A Perky cup of poetry

A nice eye opener this morning as I head out for a triple espresso. It takes a certain type of person to sling morning hash and they can make or ruin your day!

I think you may know me. Its funny but I always sang when I made espresso. I loved the aspect of being the beginning of someone's day. Thank you for showing me this.

I love

how you notice a small moment, savor it, and bring it to life in your poetry. Thanks, LJ.

A little morning cheer to lighten your day from that cheerful gal at Starbucks.
