I never thought about the Doctor sexually B4, but I just gathered that he did have 'Wedding tackle'. It seems preposterous that he NOT have equipment. I mean is he from GI Joe? Is he Ken? NO! He's a normal (well definitions vary on THAT word, I suppose, eh?) Limey. How's he expected 2 URINATE, then? sheer Bollocks!
