Just a couple things to add from personal experience:
Speaking as a man, I've found that after enough "Powergasm" practice, those peaks and valleys of orgasmic pleasure become more than enough to provide deep and total orgasmic satisfaction all by themselves, so that I rarely feel any urge to finish such sessions (whether solo or with my personal Goddess) with ejaculation. I find that ending sessions without ejaculating leaves me feeling wonderfully refreshed and energized.
