A sweet Holiday tale of love lost, and then somehow restored if only for a little while. The Writer has written a beautifully sentimental story of a couple; the man lost in a senseless war and the wife trying to bear up during the most difficult season of the year - Christmas! Well done! Enjoyable read.

Enjoyed the story very much. Hidden between the lines is a sad comment on war. Many hundreds of young wives and families will be missing loved ones this season. This delightfully evocative story reminds us that there is no real magic that can bring back a loved one. However, they do live in our memories, especially during this season
