The writing is good, but I'm not too enthused on the panty stealer. He seems like a pervert, future rapist type guy.

Only someone that has a panty fetish can understand the need to score strange panties. I have several pair of panties from laundromats but they were left behind or dropped. I never had the balls to steal them from under the ladies noses. With the proliferation of security cameras today this guy could end up in jail and on the news. This maybe just a story but it happens every day in real life, just ask the Air Officer in Vancouver who is on trial for stealing panties and double murder....
