Different but good

I never would guessed at the ending. I enjoyed it, it was certainly different with an unsuspecting ending. I had to have liked it as I have read several stories on Lit. and this is the first I am leaving a comment for.

Great

Oh my god. This is good. Incredible. Very interesting concept, it could even be taken as a metaphor for relationships in general... towards the end I felt a moment of real terror, which doesn't usually occur when I read "horror"... not with monsters and demons at least.
