You had SO many chances to add more sexual and disciplinary embellishments!! One fleeting mention of Dentist's hand grazing his patient's breast.... and even with her panties down and her splendid bottom at the "good" dentist's mercy....NO groping, fondling, fingering?? No rude, dominating fat, masculine finger up her (no doubt) virgin anus?? Edwardian tales thrive on the juxtaposition of professionalism and debauchery. You had the chance to make her come back for a follow-up appointment, but left us with the mildest suggestion his next patient/victim would get the same!! Make better use of the strong, imposing nurse! Why would the important device be so flimsy? SO many wasted opportunities...."cruel"?? It could have been 100s of times more cruel and deviant!!
