No trained military man would turn his back on an armed opponent nor would he be inclined to not secure the area especially if outnumbered, (as well as t trained policeman) and wouldn't be crying like a baby while getting shot in the back.

Sorry but a whining crying wimp isn't my idea of a hero.

Caring and maybe tears in the eyes is one thing, bawling like a baby and disregarding armed protectionists is quite another.

I think Vietvet needs to realise this is a story written by someone who has a grasp of how the police and military work, but may not be an expert. The failings of the people involved make the story. If they all behaved perfectly there would not be much of a story, which seems to evolve, rather than be redetermined.

I'm enjoying the story.
