I don't see anything wrong with the premise, after all a fantasy doesn't have to be totally believable. I like the way you just dive into it, though I wish it had been longer and more detailed.

Maybe this group is trying for another Immaculate Conception. the whole idea of this story is that love is seen by different groups in different ways. I would not expect to find this kind of church because most churches misundstand sex and love.
