Did I miss the nonconsent?

Phil plans to rape and kill Phylis as she represents a middle class woman but Phil is confronted with Phylis for the first time in a different package. He has seconds to decide whether to abduct her or something else.

By posting in this format, I wanted to determine if the average reader here sensed the imminent, heart pounding danger to Phylis or if I had to spell it out.

I'll expand it later, thanks, after current projects are finished.
