Hated the ending, that dad was hot as hell! I know he's the villain and all, but I'd prefer he'd lived. You'd already gone the "sick" route, you might as well have gone all in. And for that matter, the entire story became rushed after his heart attack. It became impossible to care, especially since there were no negative outcomes despite the surgery. I'm not saying the kid should have suffered or got his dick replaced - that would really suck - but it all just didn't make sense from that point on. That goes without mentioning how it's such a cliche outcome to a scene like that. It was so disappointing.
