I like this opening, even if it was so short. Obviously you have more of a backstory to explain and I'm interested to see where this will go.

Good beginning to a story. Nice buildup of the characters that I am sure we will learn more about. The last line is a real attention getter, so I can hardly wait for the next chapter.
