The key thing for me is that the emotion is clear in your poetry.

Style in poerty is important, but I believe that emotion is more important.

I'm not a big reader of poems, probably because I can't write them but this one I could feel.

I liked it, I really did. It seemed so heartfelt and I could feel the emotion.
