It made perfect sense to me. Ben is pissed with her for some unspecified reason and enlists Karen and so friends to set her up for a revenge rape before kicking her out. The sex isn't as vividly described as it could be, but then she doesn't get much pleasure out of being raped in every hole, so I guess there isn't much to describe in terms of the way she experiences it.
