Thank God... .

That I read this during the day and not at night.i must say a literary plague is quite funny. In this day and age where people really dont read I think it is safe to say that your story is an impossibility!!!!

Lovecraftian. This is extremely enjoyable and well executed.

Nice!

There are lots of cheap stories out there, and some stories here aren't cheap. But it takes some real thought to pull something off like this. I've never thought that Lovecraftian horror could be sexy before. You have changed my mind completely.

Bravo!

Wonderful Concept

A wonderful, suspenseful, frightening representation of the power of words that has held us in awe since we developed sentience. I will now have to go read it.

Brilliant.

I don't have another word for it. I think I've found a new favorite author. This is amazing. :D

WOW

Very well done, sir. This story chilled me more times in it's reading than any other description/fan-made fiction based on this piece of Lovecraftian lore. I think the part that shocked me the most was the congregation tearing their priest apart to keep them from going insane. Very, VERY well done, sir.

5 stars

I picked Lovecraft_lore because I really like the Lovecraft mythos.

Your story is the gold standard for a mythos story. You hit all the elements head on, the fear of the unknown, psychological horror, the sense of doom.

Very cool idea. The gradual madness creeping in. Welcome to Carcosa.

Just so it's out there: this is a story inspired by Robert Chambers' "The King in Yellow".

I creeped myself out at the thought of the identity of the pale-armed participant of the orgy.

Well done.
