There are two problems:

2.) and if so: I didn't find the book anywhere available anymore. Does anyone know where to purchase/find the full version? It doesn't care, if as paper or e-book.

I found this story to be an excellent read. The only problem is that I'm reading it ten years after it was written, so unfortunately I won't get to read about her time in the brothel, or if she ever the final surgery, or if she ever escaped. So many questions left unanswered, yet still a good story even given the ridiculousness of something like that ever happening to someone. I compliment the author's never-ending imagination.
