It just HAD to be a set-up. Saw it as the dare was being issued! Didn't figure it to be law enforcement, thought it might be the HS football team doing a car-wash at U-Wash-It, but it worked nicely!

During a heavy storm she was washing my car completely nude when three boys in a beat up truck came into the carwash.
